Heritage Rail Trail is a 7 mile multipurpose trail which stretches between Hilliard and Plain City, Ohio. The trailhead is located in the “Old Hilliard” historic district on Center Street. Take a leisurely stroll or a relaxing bike ride enjoying public art, nice paved trails, scenic views and bird watching
Homestead Metro Park offers nature trails, fishing in two-acre lake (no fishing license required), bird watching, playground, basketball, volleyball, tetherball, corn hole and hosts a number of community activities. The park entrance is located on Cosgray Road between Scioto Darby Road and Davidson Road.
Roger A. Reynolds Hilliard Municipal Park is home to the award winning Aquatic Center and offers Disc Golf, tennis, playground, basketball, bocce, horseshoes and multi use path along acres of green space for sledding, walking and cycling. The park is located off Scioto Darby Road on Veterans Memorial Drive.
Hilliard East Municipal Pool has a playground and swimming pool. It is located on Schirtzinger Road.
Golf Courses nearby include Raymond Memorial Golf Course, Thorn Apple Country Club and Wilson Road Golf Course. Heritage Golf Club is located in Hilliard however this is a private course.
