The 4th of July festivities begin at 10 a.m. on July 4 with the parade, departing from the Franklin County Fairgrounds then proceeding to Main Street to Norwich, west on Cemetery Road to the Roundabout to Scioto Darby Road and ends at Memorial Middle School. TBA has been chosen as the Grand Marshal of the 4th of July Parade. Those interested in parade entry should contact The Franklin County Fair and Agricultural Society at july4hilliardparade@yahoo.com. The theme of this year’s parade is Home of the Free Because of the Brave.
At 6 p.m. the parade awards are being announced and the trophies awarded in Hilliard’s Station Park.

Parade Participant Rules:

1) No throwing of candy or anything else
2) No Smoking
3) No squirt guns or throwing of water
4) No Stopping (brief pause in front of judges ok)
