Motivation at the Station

7:00 am - 8:50 am Hilliard's Station Park, Main Street, Hilliard, OH, USA

Local Studio SHED Fitness will lead a 50-minute circuit-style full body workout of strength and interval exercises from 7 – 7:50 a.m. followed by  fitness studio, SPENGA who is hosting yoga classes from 8 – 8:50 a.m. at Hilliard’s Station Park for the first time this fall!

All fitness levels are welcome to attend these free class.

Please maintain six feet of social distancing at all times and wear your mask before and after your workout. Class will be canceled if temperature is below 45 degrees.
